HoReCa FoodService Expo 2026 – Premiere Edition That Set a New Standard for the Gastronomy and Foodservice Market


On 10-12 March 2026, Ptak Warsaw Expo became the centre of gastronomy, hospitality, and catering. The first edition of HoReCa FoodService Expo proved that the market had been missing an event that so comprehensively combines knowledge with innovation.
The trade fair focused on the entire supply chain - from producer, through logistics, to the end customer. The stands were dominated by technologies that genuinely impact the operational efficiency of restaurants, hotels, and catering companies.

Key Trends: The Future of the HoReCa Market The event became a platform presenting the key directions of sector development. Three areas dominated: 1. Foodtech and plant-based products Innovative plant-based solutions attracted crowds. This segment was one of the pillars of the exhibition. Exhibitors included: WEDA, Bieszczanka, DUNINEX. 2. Automation and intelligent IT systems The most visited zones featured modern POS systems, e-procurement solutions, and kitchen automation. Intelligent IT is the key to HoReCa transformation. Brands included: Dotykačka, Label Express, Elavon. 3. Safety, certification, and sustainable development HACCP systems, quality control, and process standardization (e.g. ProHACCP). Much attention was given to zero waste, ecological packaging, and resource management. Exhibitors included: Aran Bio Energy, RAYPATH.


Conferences and Expert Content - Practical Knowledge in a Nutshell The central point was meetings with experts, producers, and distributors. On 11 March, the conference ``Logistics, New Products, and Certification in Gastronomy`` was held, organized in cooperation with the National Council of Gastronomy and Catering (KRGiC). Topics included, among others: · logistics in gastronomy, · certification and product quality, · development of foodservice offerings, · product innovations, · supply chain management. The Excellence Award medal ceremony was the true highlight of the trade fair, placing the most innovative solutions in the HoReCa industry on a pedestal. Who took the gold?
